Several People Injured and One Dead in Woodlawn Accident

Baltimore County police informed that a serious crash happened in Woodlawn on Monday evening, February 8. One person died and several were injured in the Woodland accident.

According to the police, the crash happened at 8:40 pm on Woodlawn Drive near Jonas Way. One vehicle crashed into a pole and then caught fire.

The officials said that three people sustained injuries, two were critically injured and one had non-life-threatening injuries.

So far the police haven’t shared the identity of the people involved in the Woodlawn accident.

One-vehicle accidents usually happen for reasons such as speeding, medical condition, alcohol or losing control over the car (because of distraction). No matter how such an accident happens, things are clear – the liable driver for the crash is only one. But, if you end up in such an accident and you were a passenger, you should (and have the right) to seek justice and a claim for your injuries.

If you were involved in such a crash and sustained severe injuries, be sure to get legal help from a car accident or personal injury attorney who will review your case. Even if the driver is your friend or family member, you should seek your claim. This isn’t something against them, but a simple way to get compensation for your injuries in an accident that didn’t happen because of your fault.

The claim will help you cover your medical expenses, lost wages and other expenses you had because of the accident.

It’s important to do this thing with legal assistance since the process might be confusing, time-consuming and frustrating. The insurance company might not offer a good amount or may even deny it completely. Your lawyer will negotiate till you get what you deserve.
