Joshua is a Battalion Chief with the Baltimore City Fire Department and President of the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 964 – Baltimore Fire Officers. Joshua began his career as a fire fighter / paramedic in 2000. No stranger to hard work, Josh earned four higher education degrees while working fulltime for the Baltimore City Fire Department, including his law degree in 2013.

 

Prior to becoming an Officer, Joshua was extremely active in the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 734 and served as the Local 1311 Station Director. In addition to fighting for the rights of Firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics and Dispatchers, Joshua has served as an Adjunct Field Instructor at Fire Academy and a Lead Instructor for administration of all Fire Officer Training programs.
