In auto-pedestrian accidents, it is crucial to identify who is at fault between the pedestrian and the vehicle driver. This is because it’s not in all cases that the car driver is the fault party. However, where the driver is at fault, they must compensate the victim if they file a compensation claim.
At Pinder Plotkin, LLC, we always advise crash victims to seek compensation from the fault party. The settlement will cover medical bills, emotional injuries, rehabilitation, vehicle repair, and other losses suffered in the accident.
