Hollie S. Cutler joined the Pinder Plotkin Legal Team in October of 2018. Hollie brings 38 years of civil and criminal litigation experience.
A graduate of the University of Maryland and the University of San Diego School of Law, Hollie has worked tirelessly since 1982 for clients across Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Calvert, and Queen Anne’s counties. Ms. Cutler has been named one of Maryland’s “Legal Elite”. She is certified by the Maryland Collaborative Law Association in the practice of collaborative law, a method used to resolve disputes—including child access, business evaluation, support issues and division of property—without court intervention, and is a member of the Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence.
Hollie serves as a Facilitator for the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, has taught numerous courses on Family Law and Business Law, both at the University of Maryland, College Park and Anne Arundel Community College, and given lectures on “Legal Aspects of Divorce and Separation.”

Hollie is an accomplished horsewomen who has competed in dressage at the Prix St. Georges level. She lives on a small farm in Harwood with her daughter, Mikayla, a dedicated event rider whom Hollie says is the “truly talented horsewoman in the family.”
