DO get contact name/address/telephone for passengers (take picture of their State issued identification card or driver’s license), also screen shot the passenger information available in the Uber app (name/telephone number).  If you are an Uber or Lyft passenger, screen shot all of the driver’s information available in the Uber or Lyft app.  Also, take a picture of the Uber or Lyft driver’s license and vehicle tag.
